Conference Presentation

The conference theme is Islamist/ Progressive relationship dynamics in the Arab world. The nature of the Islamist/Progressive interactions have proved to be a major determinant of the Post Arab spring political evolution. By drawing on the participants’ interventions, the conference purports to analyze these interactions. We have invited practitioners and activists who play a key role in their respective countries in these dynamics. The speakers are from the Islamists and progressive camps from Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria and Morocco.
