Alumni Affairs and Marketing Coordinator
Amelia Tsering (she/her) joined ACM-IAU in May 2025 as the Alumni Affairs and Marketing Coordinator. She received her BA in Political Science with minors in Philosophy, Women's Studies, and Humanities from Point Loma Nazarene University. She studied abroad at IAU's Aix-en-Provence Campus in Spring 2024, where she focused on International Relations and the French language, while also creating digital content to market the study abroad experience. Prior to joining ACM-IAU, Amelia held legislative internships in both the US Senate and the House of Representatives. She was also a 2023 United Nations Millennium Fellow, where she conducted immigration and border policy research at the San Diego-Tijuana border alongside her cohort. Most recently, she worked as an Email Marketing Specialist for PLNU and a Communications Assistant for their History and Political Science Department. She speaks English and conversational French and Tibetan.
