Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guillem Boti is an economist with extensive experience in business management, strategic planning, business restructuring and optimization and IT solutions. He comes to ACM with over twenty years of experience as an accountant, comptroller, economic strategist, manager, COO and CFO. He was most recently the CFO of NÜSSLI GROUP in Barcelona and joined ACM in September 2026. Guillem is familiar with IAU and ACM as he has served as professor in the institution's Business Department in Barcelona where he taught in our internship programs. Guillem is skilled and experienced in transforming old structures into dynamic teams, designing, and developing value-adding, complex problem-solving strategies in international environments. He brings many years of experience in setting up and managing finance and administration departments, as well as merging several finance departments into one for synergy and consolidation purposes.
