Assistant Accountant
Jakub Hench started work at ACM-IAU in March 2025. Prior to working at ACM-IAU, Jakub majored in business administration and accounting at San Jose State University, graduating in May 2020 cum laude. He then continued with his MS Taxation degree, graduating in December 2022. After graduation, Jakub worked for two public accounting firms in San Diego before shifting his focus to corporate accounting. He is happy and grateful to be a part of the ACM-IAU team and is looking forward to helping out in accounting for the institution’s endeavors. Coming from a Czech-American family, Jakub is a dual citizen of the US and the Czech Republic and is bilingual in English and Czech. He hopes that the time he spent in Europe, along with his love for foreign languages and cultures, will be beneficial to ACM-IAU’s operations in France, Spain, and in Italy.
