Bio
Jean Samat is the Chef at Café Med, ACM-IAU’s own restaurant and on-campus food hall since May 2024. He is in charge of the preparation of lunches for students and staff, offering various types of sandwiches, salads and a daily specials hot dish. Café Med also offers a selection of hot and cold drinks and pastries. Jean has obtained his CAP cooking diploma in July 2018 and he also graduated as Maître Crêpier from l’Institut Culinaire de Rennes. Prior to joining ACM-IAU, Jean worked as chef at the Brasserie de L’Archevêché in Aix-en-Provence from 2018-2024.
