Martina Cappello

Martina Cappello is the Florence Program Coordinator at IAU, where she oversees the overall student experience, coordinating housing, student services, extracurricular activities, health and safety, and daily operations. Having joined IAU during the early stages of the Florence Center's development, she has contributed to its growth and to the development of its student life initiatives.

With a strong knowledge of Florence's cultural and professional landscape, she actively supports the development of local partnerships and new opportunities for students. Her professional background includes experience in international education, student hospitality, and the performing arts, as well as previous experience with AIFS in Florence.

She holds a degree in Event Planning and Management for the Arts and Entertainment Industry and has completed professional training in Tourism Marketing and Destination Promotion. Having personally experienced studying abroad, she is passionate about international education and intercultural exchange. She is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
