Student Affairs Assistant
With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Educational Guidance, Montserrat brings experience in educational intervention projects focused on promoting students’ well-being and social-emotional development to ACM-IAU. She is passionate about the transformative power of international experiences and the opportunity to discover Spain, a country rich in culture, history, and diversity. She believes that living in a different country, connecting with new cultures, and seeing the world from different perspectives can be a life-changing experience that fosters personal growth, empathy, and a deeper understanding of others. For Montserrat, supporting students throughout this journey means much more than helping them adapt to a new environment. It is about accompanying them as they grow and develop skills and perspectives that can stay with them for the rest of their lives.
